Asset Iberica Underwriting (AIU) is a firm of Independent Financial Advisers and is authorised and regulated by the Dirección General de Seguros y Fondos de Pensiones (Spain) and bound by their rules. The Dirección General de Seguros y Fondos de Pensiones firm (Spain) registration number of Asset Iberica Underwriting is J2370 and this can be viewed on the Dirección General de Seguros y Fondos de Pensiones firm register. We are authorised & regulated to conduct financial advice in all EU member states and the United Kingdom.

In some instances, where a service falls outside of our primary regulator remit, we will, with your agreement, refer you to other specialist organisations who are able to provide additional services that you may require. The third party will full details to you of the services that they provide and the costs involved should you decide to use them. Before transacting any business with a third party you should satisfy yourself that you have received all the information that you require to make an informed decision in respect of engaging their services.

Whilst Asset Iberica Underwriting (AIU) may undertake various background checks on third party service provider’s property companies, financial institutions that it introduces to you, it is your responsibility to instruct your own specialist financial and legal advisors to undertake due diligence and provide adequate and satisfactory advice to you before proceeding with any transaction.
